Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, driving expansion revenue through upsells and cross-sells. Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and Product to ensure adoption, conduct QBRs, forecast expansion pipeline in Salesforce, and provide field feedback to Marketing and Product. Maintain deep knowledge of the Datarails platform and finance (FP&A) use cases.

Manage full sales cycle for a complex B2B SaaS Finance product, work with SDRs, engage finance leaders (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers), create bespoke proposals, hit quota and maintain CRM records.

Implement and configure financial planning solutions for clients: analyze and simplify models and data, advise on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, validate and improve data quality, recommend process optimizations, gather requirements, and build strategic customer relationships to support financial reporting.
