Drive new business and expand client relationships within strategic accounts. Maintain relationships, negotiate terms, forecast sales accurately, and support sales cycles with internal teams.

Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.

Serve as Datadog technical expert for partner channels, driving partner onboarding, enablement, joint initiatives, demos/PoVs, feature adoption, and advocating partner technical needs internally to ensure successful deployments and adoption.
