The Strategic Account Executive handles sales for State, Local, and Education sectors, driving revenue and maintaining customer relationships.

Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.

Lead technical sales efforts with Account Executives: conduct discovery, deliver demos and workshops, manage technical evaluations (POVs), cultivate technical champions, provide customer feedback to product teams, and ensure accurate deal documentation to drive adoption and expansion.
