The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring adoption of services, driving renewals and upsells, and collaborating across teams to maximize customer satisfaction and outcomes.

Lead and scale a 6-7 person new-business sales team to drive net-new logo acquisition across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Build repeatable pipeline generation, enforce sales best practices, engage in strategic deals, manage full sales cycle and forecasting, partner cross-functionally, and recruit and develop high-performing account executives to exceed regional revenue targets.

Manage customer accounts to drive adoption and satisfaction while promoting upsells and renewals. Conduct reviews, analyze engagement, and mentor team members.

The Account Executive will drive new business acquisition, develop strategic plans, engage prospects, and manage the full sales cycle, focusing on cyber security solutions.
