Manage semi-monthly invoicing and the full accounts receivable cycle for automotive dealership customers. Responsibilities include VIN-based billing, payment posting, collections, aging reports, account reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, billing adjustments, customer communication, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and ReconPro. The role requires accurate, timely work in a high-volume environment and collaboration with internal operations teams.

Supports daily HR operations with emphasis on workers’ compensation claims, employee relations, disciplinary processes, compliance, employee records, return-to-work programs, investigations, HR reporting, and policy administration. Coordinates with employees, managers, insurers, medical providers, attorneys, and third-party administrators. Also assists with onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and special HR projects.
