Leads continuous improvement across distribution, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing operations. Applies Lean/DBS, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving to improve flow, inventory accuracy, throughput, quality, delivery, and cost. Optimizes carrier performance, routing, freight, slotting, warehouse layout, and trade-compliance alignment. Analyzes operational data using Power BI, D365, and Excel, translates findings into action plans, and drives cross-functional implementation and standardization.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including booking agreements, contract data, billing, shipping, renewals, placements, compliance, and resolution of pricing or contractual issues. Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional support, enhance customer experience, mitigate risk, identify business opportunities, and mentor team members. The role partners closely with Sales and requires contract interpretation, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manage meter billing operations by collecting and validating customer usage data, investigating discrepancies, processing invoices, adjustments, and credits, and reconciling billing across systems. Respond to customer billing inquiries and collaborate with field service, customer service, contract administration, and IT teams to resolve issues. Ensure billing compliance with policies and contract terms while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
