Paid wealth management internship supporting Financial Advisors and their clients in a branch office. Interns develop wealth management skills, collaborate on client-support projects, build professional networks, and may prepare for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. The program includes branch experience, a Seattle leadership and team-building week, community service, and professional development. Applicants must be college students with strong academics, communication and teamwork skills, U.S. work authorization, and availability for the full nine-week program.

Paid nine-week wealth management internship supporting Financial Advisors and their clients in a branch office. Interns gain exposure to financial services, wealth management, client service, professional networking, and firm operations through projects, leadership presentations, community service, and team-building activities. Interns may also prepare for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam, sponsored by D.A. Davidson during the program.

Leads IT Problem Management and Change Enablement governance within application support. Owns problem and change processes, CAB coordination, change scheduling, root-cause follow-up, risk reviews, change models, metrics, audit evidence, and KCS practices. Coordinates business and technical stakeholders, coaches teams, tracks corrective actions, improves knowledge quality, and supports compliance with security, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.
