Partner with department heads, improve reporting and billing processes, prepare board/investor materials, and lead and develop the FP&A team.

Lead FP&A for a high-growth SaaS company: provide monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance and pipeline reporting; build dynamic financial models and scenario plans; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations; drive automation and AI-enabled reporting; manage and develop the FP&A team; present executive and board-level financial insights.

Provide administrative and liaison support for Compliance, Sales Quality, and Service Innovation teams. Monitor and resolve system exceptions, audit lead requests, generate ad-hoc reports, diagnose data anomalies, escalate training needs, support operations projects and post-implementation activities, and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and field network performance.
