Lead full-stack engineering across integrations, backend services, data flows, and eventual Salesforce work. Design and review architecture, improve CI/CD and deployments, build MuleSoft/API integrations, develop Python backend and PostgreSQL models, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers to raise technical quality.

Provide administrative and liaison support for Compliance, Sales Quality, and Service Innovation teams. Monitor and resolve system exceptions, audit lead requests, generate ad-hoc reports, diagnose data anomalies, escalate training needs, support operations projects and post-implementation activities, and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and field network performance.

Manages national client accounts, field sales partners, and roadshow campaigns. Responsibilities include driving revenue, overseeing program execution, coaching field teams, analyzing performance data, creating reports, implementing sales incentives, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client relationships. The role requires frequent travel to sales offices, client launches, and events, along with evening and weekend availability.
