Lead full-stack engineering across integrations, backend services, data flows, and eventual Salesforce work. Design and review architecture, improve CI/CD and deployments, build MuleSoft/API integrations, develop Python backend and PostgreSQL models, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers to raise technical quality.

Provide administrative and liaison support for Compliance, Sales Quality, and Service Innovation teams. Monitor and resolve system exceptions, audit lead requests, generate ad-hoc reports, diagnose data anomalies, escalate training needs, support operations projects and post-implementation activities, and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and field network performance.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to a C-suite executive, including calendar management, meeting preparation and note-taking, travel logistics, expense reporting, document preparation and organization, confidentiality handling, and occasional travel to field locations or company events.

The Jr. Technical Architect will design and manage enterprise-scale architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize system performance and leverage AI tools while ensuring architectural integrity during implementation.

Manage national B2B sales campaigns, serving as the liaison among Fortune 500 clients, internal teams, and independent field sales networks. Drive revenue, quality, customer acquisition, and operational performance; analyze campaign results; resolve issues; present business reviews; reinforce client standards; and support market launches and national initiatives.
