Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, transloading and inventory. Create schedules, assign tasks, enforce safety, coordinate with carriers, staffing agencies and other departments, monitor performance, and assist with inventory integrity and security.

Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects across Operations and Corporate teams. Create and standardize project plans, manage budgets, vendors, travel to sites for start-ups, drive change and risk mitigation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating stakeholders and building project teams.

Lead client onboarding and integrations for a 3PL network, managing project plans, cross-functional teams, WMS/TMS/EDI integrations, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support while monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.
