Leads end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects within a 3PL network. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages logistics system integrations, oversees testing and go-live, resolves risks, delivers training, monitors KPIs, and communicates progress to clients, stakeholders, and leadership. Drives process improvements and standardizes implementation best practices.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the President and other executives, including calendar management, presentations, communications, reports, research, policy coordination, confidential correspondence, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, and special projects. Requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Administer and maintain network and systems infrastructure across multiple warehouse facilities. Manage firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Windows servers, Active Directory, IP addressing, VLANs, security controls, monitoring, backups, and documentation. Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 connectivity issues, support warehouse applications and physical security systems, participate in infrastructure rollouts and facility expansions, and provide on-call incident response. Travel between facilities and perform after-hours maintenance as needed.
