Lead project management for client accounts and facility portfolios across all phases. Oversee budgets, schedules, consultants and construction teams; supervise project staff (project managers, space planners, CAD operators); manage invoices and timesheets; act as single client contact; ensure regulatory compliance and deliver building infrastructure capital projects.

Lead and manage construction and tenant improvement projects for client properties, coordinating budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and reporting. Supervise project staff, review invoices/change orders, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development and client communications across all project phases.

Lead institutional valuation assignments including appraisal reports, cash flow projections, and present value analysis (using Argus Enterprise). Conduct market research, revenue/expense analysis, reconcile final values, manage multiple portfolios, interface with senior clients, travel domestically, obtain state licensing, and maintain ASC 820/IVS compliance.
