The Director of Business Development is responsible for enhancing market position, building customer relationships, and achieving financial growth in designated regions. They identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with operational teams.

Manage and coordinate construction and tenant-improvement projects onsite, maintain budgets and schedules, oversee consultants and contractors, prepare reports, ensure compliance with codes and client requirements, and support client relationships.

Design and produce high-quality, on-brand marketing and pre-win materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, email blasts) for Southwest local markets. Manage creative production, quality control, stakeholder communication, and workflows under tight deadlines while contributing strategic design thinking and mentoring the Graphic Design team.
