Leads supplier quality engineering for aerospace and defense manufacturing, including supplier audits, new-part validation, source inspection, nonconformance disposition, SCAR and 8D corrective actions, AS9100 compliance, and supplier performance reviews. Collaborates with supply chain, engineering, operations, contracts, customers, and vendors to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Requires 20%–30% travel to supplier, customer, and division sites.

Processes sales quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and payments while supporting inside and outside sales teams. Maintains CRM sales funnels, responds to customer needs, coordinates vendor bids, follows up on quotes, and verifies order terms in the Syteline ERP system. The role also supports customer visit logistics and requires strong communication, organization, deadline management, and customer relationship skills in a manufacturing environment.

Supports the sales team by planning and executing sales-related projects, improving processes, preparing technical and administrative product information, developing proposals and documentation, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales metrics, and supporting CRM user onboarding and training. Collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to improve sales efficiency and performance.
