Teams at Curtis School

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and payroll coordination, employee relations intake, performance process support, policy and compliance assistance, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a primary HR contact, maintain accurate records, prepare basic HR reports, and recommend process improvements while handling confidential matters and escalating complex issues appropriately.
