Leads Curri’s product organization, vision, roadmap, and PM team while embedding AI into logistics workflows. Establishes ROI-based prioritization, product analytics, experimentation, and quality standards for AI features. Partners with Engineering, Growth, Operations, executives, customers, and Sales to deliver products, support enterprise deals, and communicate the roadmap. Requires hands-on product leadership, AI/ML production experience, customer-facing enterprise sales support, and strong business and analytical rigor.

Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data and ML, product management, and design roles. Build sourcing strategies, market maps, hiring bars, and reusable recruiting playbooks from scratch. Advise leaders through intake, calibration, funnel analysis, and hiring decisions while improving candidate experience and recruiting processes. Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools, and mentor teammates. The role partners closely with engineering, product, and executive leaders in a hybrid Ventura, California environment.

Manage and scale driver and carrier supply growth across markets. Responsibilities include planning supply builds, recruiting and onboarding drivers, running lifecycle communications, testing growth initiatives, analyzing results, scaling successful pilots, partnering with Operations, Product and Support, and reporting supply trends and opportunities to leadership.
