Lead analysis, design, development, testing, debugging and production support for complex insurance application systems (OIPA/PAS). Mentor team members, resolve outages, implement SDLC practices, and support data migration and monitoring for a multi-year OIPA implementation.

The Applications Analyst will develop and modify program logic, test application systems, and mentor staff while ensuring efficient systems meet business needs across multiple platforms.

Lead portfolio-level solution architecture: design reusable solution patterns and frameworks, guide development teams across the SDLC, drive technical strategy and roadmaps, perform feasibility research and POCs, mentor developers, and ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and business needs within the financial services/insurance context.

Responsible for consulting and developing audience design and list selection strategies, overseeing analysts, implementing database strategies, and optimizing audience selection processes.

Analyze and interpret business performance through financial reporting, communicate findings, and collaborate with finance teams to support customers. Evaluate tools to improve processes and maintain data integrity.

Execute audience design and list selection across Unica Campaign and Salesforce Data Cloud for B2B and B2C campaigns. Design and optimize campaigns, perform audience selection, resolve data issues, conduct QA and UAT, mentor junior staff, develop documentation, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.
