Provide Tier 1 HR shared-services support across the employee lifecycle, processing transactions, administering onboarding/offboarding and I-9s, supporting payroll/benefits, maintaining HR records and SOPs, tracking service metrics, ensuring compliance, resolving routine HR issues, and partnering with HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to improve processes.

Provide on-site construction support for curbside improvement projects at LAX, managing submittals, RFIs, document control, and PM Web logs. Prepare exhibits and status reports, attend and document meetings, coordinate with contractors, and assist the project management team with schedule, scope, and construction management tasks.

Provide on-site help desk and technical support at an LAX-area client site: troubleshoot hardware and network issues, manage tickets in Freshdesk and ServiceNow, perform installations, onboarding/offboarding, deployments and relocations, and deliver end-user training and event support.
