Partners will create and deliver immersive corporate retreats for major-company clients, or enrich existing retreats with wellness, leadership, arts, and culture sessions. Responsibilities include designing retreat programs, providing suitable locations, serving corporate and senior-profile clients, coordinating qualified hosts, and meeting insurance, permit, and other legal requirements. Providers must submit evidence of prior retreats and communicate conversationally in English.

Freelance facilitators and performers lead immersive workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, and wellness or creative experiences for companies and individuals. Areas include arts, artisanal crafts, coaching, personal development, meditation, yoga, sensory experiences, music, writing, dance, and other creative or wellbeing practices. Facilitators set their own rates and schedules, promote their services through the network, and work with groups, professionals, teams, or individuals.
