Senior finance leader responsible for US commercial finance strategy, FP&A, forecasting, revenue recognition, KPI development, capital allocation, risk management, cross-functional decision support, and team leadership to drive profitable growth in a regulated pharma/biotech environment.

Manage moderately complex employee relations cases from intake through investigation, resolution and follow-up. Advise and coach managers on policies, corrective action, terminations, and accommodations. Partner with HRBPs, legal, unions/works councils, and stakeholders, deliver trainings, maintain documentation, and lead ER-related projects to mitigate risk and improve employee experience.

Lead design and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and data models for Compensation and Benefits. Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Technology to provide actionable insights, drive pay equity and regulatory reporting, and implement automation, data governance, and predictive analytics to improve program effectiveness and decision-making.
