Lead and manage medium-to-large technology projects end-to-end: create and maintain project plans, track schedules and expenses, identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, report metrics, coordinate CCM technical components (print, digital, IVR, SMS, database, PCI), and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver projects on time and on scope.

Lead enterprise sales for Forte Payments in Healthcare and Insurance verticals: develop value propositions, prospect and close complex merchant deals, respond to RFPs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel for product demos (30–50%). Meet quotas and build strategic customer relationships.
