Lead marketing performance analysis and operational governance across Club programs. Identify trends and improvement opportunities, partner with analytics and cross-functional teams, translate insights into presentations and recommendations, manage funding compliance and creative/workflow governance, and use analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve marketing effectiveness and operational consistency.

Lead onboarding, mapping, and validation for a Customer Data Hub: write user stories and acceptance criteria, define mastering/transformation logic, perform data lineage and reconciliation, validate integrations and outcomes, support production incidents, create runbooks and documentation, and partner with product, engineering, QA, and governance teams to enable reliable customer data for applications and analytics.

Design, build, validate, and maintain actuarial pricing and loss-cost models (GLM and related methods); support rate/statistical filings, product performance monitoring, competitive analysis, and new product development; lead projects, review peer work, and train junior analysts while providing business insights to pricing and product teams.
