Analyzes complex data from multiple sources to identify business drivers, conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses, and recommend actions. Collaborates across departments, prepares findings and presentations for clients and senior management, develops reporting processes, and may review, coach, and mentor less experienced staff.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle homeowners property and personal property claims from first notice through resolution. Analyze policy language and state regulations, coordinate mitigation, write and review repair estimates (using Xactimate), manage reserves and payments, oversee independent adjusters and vendors, perform virtual inspections, prepare claim correspondence, identify subrogation/SIU referrals, and maintain accurate, compliant claim documentation.

Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of simulation and ML/GenAI models for strategic insurance decision-making. Perform scenario and risk analysis, translate business problems into simulation frameworks, interpret large datasets, advise executives, mentor junior staff, and partner with governance, legal, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure model rigor, compliance, and actionable recommendations.

Develops complex financial and operational models, analyzes reports, supports operating budgets, identifies trends and errors, and recommends strategies to senior management. The role partners across Finance and business functions, supports process improvements, prepares executive presentations, and provides guidance to others. It requires expertise in FP&A or Treasury, financial planning, insurance business practices, and senior-level analysis. The position is remote within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, with travel as needed.

Prepare and coordinate actuarial analyses for commercial auto pricing, including individual account pricing and portfolio ratemaking. Perform statistical modeling, document assumptions, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and develop new rating and reserving methodologies.

Lead product strategy and delivery for an enterprise semantic data product (ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs) that enables search, analytics, automation, and generative AI. Partner with business, data, and engineering teams, define roadmap and governance, drive adoption, mentor product managers, and measure business impact.
