Leads PMO execution for a large-scale California State Payroll System SaaS implementation. Responsibilities include maintaining project management plans, enforcing PM processes, managing documentation, reporting risks and project health, monitoring system integrator performance, presenting to stakeholders, and recommending process improvements. The role requires collaboration with state and integrator counterparts, strong client service, analytical and organizational skills, PMP certification, and experience managing complex IT implementations.

Leads organizational change management initiatives for government clients modernizing HCM and payroll systems. Assesses change impacts and organizational readiness, identifies risks and gaps, and coordinates stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training. Builds relationships with leaders and change champions, maintains readiness tracking and reporting, prepares project updates and knowledge-transfer materials, and collaborates with project teams throughout delivery. Requires experience with an OCM methodology such as PROSCI and complex projects valued at $10 million or more.
