Lead and execute operational internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and SOX readiness engagements. Assess control design and operating effectiveness, perform testing and documentation, prepare reports and process narratives, communicate findings to stakeholders, and coach engagement teams while managing multiple priorities and client relationships.

Coordinate and lead Salesforce technology projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and team accountability. Facilitate client and team meetings, track actions and progress, coach clients on Agile practices, implement process improvements, and communicate project status. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting hiring and onboarding, and contributing to departmental best practices and growth.

Lead hands-on ServiceNow ITOM consulting and development, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Servers, integrations, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and performance tuning. Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate with architects and engagement leads, conduct design reviews, document standards, and support client workshops and post-go-live needs. The role also involves team and project leadership, client relationship development, and occasional travel.
