Leads accounting advisory engagements for commercial and private-equity-backed companies, overseeing operational accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, controllership, SEC filings, IPO readiness, technical accounting, systems implementation, and finance transformation. Manages client relationships, proposals, budgets, staffing, business development, and practice growth across the West Coast while mentoring teams and implementing AI-enabled solutions.

Provide operational accounting and financial reporting support including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, SEC and regulatory reporting, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls, and audit support. Lead finance transformation and ERP implementations, apply AI/automation to streamline processes, support transaction accounting (M&A/IPO readiness), and communicate recommendations to clients while managing project workstreams and timelines.

Serve as a client-facing accounting advisor leading controllership and close process improvements, financial reporting (including SEC filings), system implementations, FP&A support, audit readiness, and team mentorship. Drive automation/AI initiatives, liaise with business and IT teams, and support PE-backed and growth company clients across industries.
