Lead and scale a lending engineering team responsible for reliable, secure, distributed financial infrastructure. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring engineers, setting technical strategy, making architecture decisions, partnering with Product, overseeing delivery, and promoting testing, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement. The role requires backend development, cloud and event-driven systems experience, and a strong record of leading high-performing engineering teams.

Perform manual and automated testing for lending applications and services. Develop and maintain test automation, write functional, regression, and API test cases, participate in test planning and defect triage, and track issues through resolution. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and performant software while contributing to a quality-focused engineering culture.

Develop scalable backend software for lending infrastructure supporting loan origination, funding, servicing, and sales. Responsibilities include designing software modules, writing and testing maintainable code, building distributed and event-driven systems, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. The role uses C# or Python, relational and document databases, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, with emphasis on reliable, compliant financial technology.
