Teams at Critical Materials Group

Owns the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and MOUs. Advises leadership on FAR, DFARS, OTAs, compliance, risk, and contract strategy. Supports proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and OTA submissions while coordinating with legal, finance, technical, government, and program stakeholders.

Owns CMG’s accounting and finance function, including the general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, government contract accounting, internal controls, audits, cash forecasting, ERP implementation, and investor reporting. The Director will build scalable financial infrastructure, manage outsourced providers, ensure FAR/DFARS, DCAA, CAS, and US GAAP compliance, and recruit an internal accounting team.

Leads government solutions and strategic growth for a domestic explosives and load, assembly, and pack provider. Builds relationships with government program offices and defense industry partners, identifies emerging opportunities, advises stakeholders, and supports proposals and capture. Also contributes to debt financing, Series A fundraising, international expansion, and alignment between proposals, production, and technical capabilities. The role is remote, requires variable travel, and involves potential international engagement.
