Architect and build AI-powered SOC capabilities for post-detection workflows, including autonomous triage, multi-agent investigations, contextual enrichment, evidence synthesis, and automated response. Develop production-grade LLM systems, agent frameworks, integrations, and safe execution controls. Lead ambiguous initiatives, establish reliability and performance standards, guide engineers, and collaborate with product and security teams. The role is fully remote but includes standby, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Leads global segment revenue enablement strategy across regions, builds and manages an enablement team, embeds value-based sales methodologies, and develops frontline manager coaching. The role requires expertise in logs, metrics, IT operations, security, Linux, cloud and on-premises environments, JavaScript, Regex, and KQL. It is remote within the United States, with a strong Midwest or Southeast preference, and includes up to 30% travel.

Drive partner-led revenue growth in the New York region by developing reseller, systems integrator, MSSP, technology alliance, and cloud partner relationships. Build channel pipeline, exceed sales quotas, create partnership strategies, communicate value propositions, and collaborate with executive, marketing, technology alliances, and sales teams to expand business opportunities.

Own the vision, roadmap, architecture, delivery, adoption, and measurement of AI-powered GTM products that improve sales productivity. Partner with sellers, GTM leaders, engineering, data, security, and business systems teams to identify workflow friction, build integrations and automations, launch prototypes and scalable solutions, and establish governance. Translate ambiguous business questions into self-service data solutions, deliver executive-ready narratives, manage stakeholder priorities, and guide data-driven decisions. Serve as a marketing analytics subject matter expert across attribution, campaign measurement, lead tracking, funnel analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation. Use SQL, modern data-stack tools, BI platforms, and AI-assisted modeling to deliver actionable insights.

Develops and scales Cribl’s partner ecosystem by managing partner engagement lifecycles, programs, policies, onboarding materials, tools, roadmaps, compliance communications, and partner-focused initiatives. The role supports reseller, MSP, systems integrator, technology alliance, cloud service provider, and services partnerships while aligning internal teams and improving partner experience, efficiency, and revenue impact.

Design and maintain detection-as-code rules, conduct threat hunts, investigate incidents, and improve security telemetry pipelines. Build KQL detections through GitOps and CI/CD workflows, map coverage to MITRE ATT&CK, tune alert quality, and maintain log parsing and normalization. Participate in incident response, write runbooks, and convert findings into durable detections. Collaborate across security, IT, infrastructure, engineering, and GRC while mentoring teammates and supporting on-call duties.

Build and operate production agentic workflows, runtimes, orchestration systems, tool integrations, and AI platform infrastructure. Develop guardrails, observability, evaluation, secure access controls, event-driven architectures, and continuous delivery practices. Partner across Engineering to drive adoption, improve software delivery, and take systems from design through production operations. The role includes evaluating AI tooling, supporting agentic coding workflows, defining success metrics, and potentially participating in on-call duties.

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs for ingesting, processing, and routing large-scale telemetry data. Oversees vendors, contracts, event metrics, forecasting, processes, and risk management while ensuring strong pipeline, revenue, employee engagement, and brand impact. Requires approximately 40% travel to global events.
