Develops enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps for customers, identifying automation opportunities, prioritizing initiatives by ROI, and coordinating deployments. Uses conversation intelligence and operational data to uncover customer friction, optimize live AI agents, pilot emerging capabilities, and measure business impact. The role aligns senior stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT while collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Design end-to-end AI builder experiences that enable technical and non-technical customers to create, evaluate, and deploy AI agents and workflows. Conduct user research, simplify complex AI and business logic, prototype with AI-native tools, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advocate for high-quality, intuitive product design.

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive adoption, pipeline, differentiation, roadmap influence, and category leadership. The role also requires advising executives on market dynamics and platform strategy while building and scaling product marketing teams.
