Leads the credit union’s enterprise AI and automation function, setting strategy, governance, operating models, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks. Identifies and delivers AI, generative AI, RPA, and intelligent automation use cases while ensuring regulatory, risk, ethical, and data governance alignment. Partners with business and technology teams on solution selection, process improvement, adoption, training, vendor coordination, KPI tracking, and value realization. Builds and manages a high-performing team.

The Financial Advisor services existing clients, develops new client relationships, analyzes financial circumstances and goals, recommends suitable financial products, and manages investment portfolios. The role requires business development, consultative sales, comprehensive financial planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with credit union branches. Advisors work from the Fullerton branch in a hybrid arrangement and may support local branches. Compensation includes a $70,304 annual base salary plus performance-based commission.

Administers and monitors complex multi-site network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, VPNs, and cloud connectivity. Resolves escalated network tickets, performs maintenance, patches systems, remediates vulnerabilities, applies security standards, supports network architecture, and participates in technology projects. The role also provides rotating after-hours support and requires hybrid work, driving, and strong documentation and communication skills.
