Administer and monitor a multi-site routed network (SD-WAN, switching, routing, VoIP); troubleshoot escalated tickets; perform patching and vulnerability remediation; configure firewalls, VPNs and cloud connectivity; participate in network architecture and projects; provide after-hours rotational support and maintain documentation and security best practices.

Lead the compliance function for advertising, lending, branch operations, and product/service reviews. Develop and maintain policies, conduct monitoring and investigations, provide regulatory guidance and training, manage and mentor the compliance team, and report compliance activities to senior management and regulators to ensure adherence to NCUA/CFPB rules.

Drive membership and checking-account growth within an assigned branch footprint by generating new member relationships, cultivating partner relationships, meeting sales goals, conducting audits for compliance, supporting escalated member requests, delivering financial workshops, reporting production metrics, and participating in events. Maintain accurate records, use CU Force and MS Office, and work a flexible hybrid schedule including evenings and weekends.
