Leads CRB’s global oligo and peptide life sciences market segment, advancing strategic growth, design excellence, technical capabilities, and market recognition. Develops industry strategy, identifies trends and facility solutions, supports business development and critical project pursuits, engages clients and regulatory organizations, and serves as a thought leader at industry events. Builds organizational talent through mentoring, training, hiring, and SME development while supporting complex projects and strengthening CRB’s competitive value proposition.

Manages document control systems and procedures for engineering and construction projects. Oversees document storage, distribution, version control, RFIs, submittals, turnover packages, audits, reporting, software and hardware improvements, and compliance with client standards. Establishes project document control processes, trains project teams and document control personnel, coordinates with IT, and supports accurate, timely information management throughout project lifecycles.

Coordinates virtual design and construction functions across renovation and new construction projects. Manages digital delivery platforms, project models, documentation, multidisciplinary model reviews, VDC standards, clash identification, drawing packages, and Revit conversion of vendor equipment. Supports VDC tool training, project team coordination, client relationships, and technology innovation. Requires construction or design-related education, at least two years of EPC or construction experience, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and willingness to travel to project sites.
