Provide Tier 1/2 support and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, backups, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity issues, assist with deployments and upgrades, enforce security and compliance, document configurations, and collaborate on long-term infrastructure improvements to ensure stability and performance.

Manage technical publications projects for aerospace products, coordinating engineering, suppliers, and customers to produce maintenance documentation (CMMs, service bulletins, provisioning data). Prepare schedules and cost estimates, ensure compliance with industry standards, support internal writers and vendors, resolve content discrepancies, mentor staff, and drive on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

Design, develop, verify, and sustain embedded aerospace software per DO-178. Collaborate across IPTs to define requirements, implement code (C/C++/Assembly), run simulations, perform coverage analysis, and support certification and manufacturing activities.
