Supervise a small manufacturing team to execute daily production plans, maintain safety and quality, track performance metrics, apply basic lean tools (5S, standard work), support onboarding and coaching, escalate nonconformances, and participate in basic problem solving.

Perform assembly, brazing, soldering, and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment. Read blueprints, use hand tools, follow written procedures, and participate in 5S, Kanban, and continuous improvement activities. Maintain attention to detail, pass basic math and English test, and handle repetitive tasks while lifting 35–50 lbs.

Support production quality by collecting and analyzing data, performing root cause and failure analyses, driving corrective/preventive actions, qualifying process/product changes, maintaining quality systems (Control Plans, PFMEAs), supporting audits, and training staff to ensure compliance with aerospace and DoD requirements.
