Leads enterprise Research Operations strategy, operating models, governance, tooling, AI-enabled workflows, measurement, and transformation. Partners with executive stakeholders, oversees vendors and budgets, establishes research standards, scales operational capabilities, and mentors the Research Ops community. Represents the discipline externally and drives measurable improvements in research quality, efficiency, and organizational impact.
