Responsibilities include client relationship management, revenue growth, financial analysis, risk identification and mitigation, collections support, inventory inspections, audits, fraud and compliance reporting, onboarding, Salesforce documentation, and collaboration with risk and recovery teams. The role requires frequent local travel throughout the Los Angeles West territory and occasional overnight travel.

Owns end-to-end product management for Cox Automotive’s Instant Cash Offer product, including market and user research, product strategy, roadmap development, backlog refinement, specifications, AI-assisted prototyping, agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, launch readiness, performance measurement, and lifecycle improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, sales, and client solutions teams to develop and optimize AI-enabled automotive products.

Manages major automotive dealer-group accounts across Greater Los Angeles or Orange County. Builds executive relationships, retains clients, drives revenue growth, analyzes product performance, provides consultation and training, resolves customer and technical issues, and executes account strategies for Cox Automotive products including Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. The role requires extensive field travel, customer-facing sales and service expertise, and collaboration with internal sales and support teams.
