Develop and maintain enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring systems. Support infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, continuous integration and delivery, secure engineering practices, performance tracking, and process optimization across environments. Collaborate with delivery and operations teams while using AI tools to improve development, testing, and automation.

Develop knowledge-management articles, training content, job aids, visual aids, and knowledge checks for adult learners. Collaborate with business stakeholders, manage project deadlines, present learning content to large groups, and help translate complex software information into accessible training materials. The role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, operations, and learning and development.
