Serve as first point of contact for patients: greet visitors, schedule appointments, manage EMR patient records, explain insurance, collect payments, handle intake forms and general administrative tasks.

Provide direct administrative support to company owners: create presentations and spreadsheets, perform research, manage travel arrangements and new-location setup, handle general admin tasks, and work independently on varied projects while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication.
