Develops scalable design systems, prototypes, user journeys, and polished digital experiences aligned with user needs, business goals, and brand expression. Collaborates with UX, copy, product, and engineering teams; presents design decisions to stakeholders; supports user testing; advocates accessibility and design standards; and mentors junior designers.
