The Chief of Staff will facilitate strategy execution, improve operational frameworks, and enhance cross-functional alignment within the Data organization at Coursera.

Provide front-line global IT support for 2500+ endpoints (primarily Mac), troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage SaaS and hardware asset lifecycles, onboard/offboard users, administer AV systems and video-conference rooms, create knowledge content, train new hires, handle escalations and liaise with systems and network teams.

Lead strategy and execution for Coursera's highest-priority AI products. Define roadmaps, drive 0-to-1 initiatives, partner cross-functionally, set success metrics and experimentation frameworks, and launch AI-powered experiences that improve learner outcomes and business impact.
