As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will strategize with leadership to align people initiatives with business goals across various teams and functions.

Provide friendly, brand-forward customer service as a store Brand Ambassador. Maintain merchandising, replenish stock, collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, and perform physical store tasks including lifting, squatting, and ladder use during shifts.

Deliver friendly, proactive customer service to drive sales; assist customers with product selection; operate point-of-sale; maintain visual merchandising and stock levels; support team to meet store targets and represent the Cotton On brand.
