The Social Media Content Creation Coordinator produces fashion-oriented video content for Gen Z, engaging with audiences through multiple social platforms, trend scouting, and collaboration with creators.

Lead Cotton On US social strategy and day-to-day execution across TikTok and Instagram. Manage content calendar, creator/EGC pipeline, briefs, edits, community response, and cross-functional alignment with paid media and global teams. Track performance, translate insights into creative decisions, mentor contributors, and support freelance production while handling occasional in-person shoots and up to 20% travel.

Manage product allocation across channels and stores to optimize sales and inventory. Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising, Merch and DC to prioritize stock, maintain store templates and grades, perform store visits, analyze data, and support merchandising operations using Excel and allocation systems.
