Provides neurodiversity-affirming ABA clinical programming for children with autism and other developmental differences. Oversees patient treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary clinicians, and manages clinical caseloads. The role includes approximately 26 billable hours weekly, schedule autonomy, telehealth when clinically appropriate, and opportunities for leadership advancement.

Provides direct pediatric and adult patient care in person and through telehealth for patients with neurodevelopmental and related conditions. Responsibilities include examinations, clinical decision-making, orders, referrals, documentation, care-plan communication, productivity and patient-outcome targets, multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical presentations, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary developmental therapies team (SLP, OT, PT, MT) on-site, manage daily operations, scheduling, productivity, hiring, documentation, and clinical quality. Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, ensure HIPAA compliance, participate in leadership meetings, and deliver direct patient care and evaluations as needed.
