Teams at Cortex

Own end-to-end data pipelines (ingest, dbt transformations, BigQuery warehousing) and consolidate the analytics stack into a single source of truth. Build and maintain dbt models with tests and documentation, establish data quality and observability, own product analytics and instrumentation, partner with GTM and marketing on reporting, and prepare for high-volume/streaming ingestion.

Lead architecture and ownership of Cortexs platform infrastructure: deploy pipeline (GitOps/Argo), multi-tenant isolation, database stability and migrations, compliance foundations (encryption, auth, FedRAMP-class), observability and operational readiness, and translate platform capabilities into customer-facing offerings.

Manage and grow the Customer Engineering (technical support) team: hire, coach, set goals, and own performance. Act as the final technical escalation, troubleshoot complex production issues, QA ticket quality, analyze support trends, maintain playbooks and on-call processes, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive customer-driven improvements and automation.
