Build individualized growth plans, manage provider health and advocacy, identify churn risks, test new wellness and cash-pay offerings, develop scalable playbooks, and partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and growth teams. The role is based in Santa Monica, California, and involves working closely with company founders and providers.

Own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new nurse practitioner practices: guide EHR and scheduling setup, activate ZocDoc, coordinate credentialing/billing/operations, troubleshoot go-live issues, manage a rolling pipeline of launches, refine playbooks, coach new providers on practice-building, and report launch metrics.
