Supports the Guaranteed Investment Contracts business through trade execution, portfolio management, financial modeling, profitability and risk analysis, reporting, trade documentation, investor materials, market research, and product development. Partners with actuarial, finance, investment management, legal, compliance, risk, capital markets, and banking teams to evaluate transactions and prepare executive approval materials.

Supports annuity contract filing and regulatory approval processes. Researches insurance department requirements, prepares compliant forms and supporting documentation, submits filings electronically, and coordinates approvals with regulators and internal teams. Helps install approved forms in administrative systems, maintains regulatory reference materials, communicates filing requirements, and supports audits and examinations. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Lead underwriting for complex individual life insurance applications, assessing medical and financial risk, managing a large caseload, exercising approval authority, supporting sales and distribution partners, providing training, and ensuring accurate, timely decisions to protect mortality results and deliver strong customer experience.
