The role involves managing Salesforce product delivery by aligning business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring compliance, and overseeing platform stability and governance. Responsibilities include backlog management, collaboration with agile teams, and coordinating between application teams and support services.

Support new product and feature launches and validate in-force annuity systems (Variable, Index, Fixed, RILA). Build and maintain actuarial validation tools, prepare validation documentation, troubleshoot model/audit errors, produce policy quotes/reports, and collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Product Development and Pricing to communicate findings and recommendations.

Provide personalized retirement and financial planning services to clients, using company resources to enhance client engagement and collaborate for skill improvement.
