Coordinates marketing collateral, product launch kits, digital assets, mailing campaigns, inventory, and fulfillment workflows across marketing systems and distribution channels. Develops standardized processes, administers platforms, tracks campaign and asset performance, prepares reports, ensures regulatory and brand compliance, and recommends process and system improvements. Collaborates with product, sales, and distribution teams to support timely product releases and customer-focused marketing operations.

Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models and agentic AI workflows using foundation models. Develop, test, and monitor multi-step agents, RAG systems, and prompts; integrate agents with enterprise APIs and data; define agent boundaries, benchmarks, and safety; mentor data scientists and document architecture.

Lead underwriting for complex individual life insurance applications, assessing medical and financial risk, managing a large caseload, exercising approval authority, supporting sales and distribution partners, providing training, and ensuring accurate, timely decisions to protect mortality results and deliver strong customer experience.

Conduct competitive intelligence for life insurance and annuity markets by monitoring competitors, analyzing products, pricing, filings, market trends, sales results, and strategic developments. Create competitor profiles, battlecards, comparison tools, executive briefings, and recurring reports. Translate complex research into actionable recommendations for Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and leadership teams, while improving reporting and monitoring through automation and approved AI tools.

The Senior Analyst will work on the underwriting team, handling various loan types, conducting market research, and preparing credit memos.

Support new product and feature launches and validate in-force annuity systems (Variable, Index, Fixed, RILA). Build and maintain actuarial validation tools, prepare validation documentation, troubleshoot model/audit errors, produce policy quotes/reports, and collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Product Development and Pricing to communicate findings and recommendations.

Provide personalized retirement and financial planning services to clients, using company resources to enhance client engagement and collaborate for skill improvement.
