Manage and coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Facilitate planning and sprint ceremonies, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, communicate status to stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to enable predictable delivery.

Design, build, and improve shared services and engineering capabilities for government systems. Develop software in Go and Python, review teammates' code, write design documents, and own projects. Work independently, apply engineering best practices, and ramp quickly in complex environments.
