Drive year-over-year territory sales growth for OEM refrigeration customers by developing account strategies, building executive and engineering relationships, managing Salesforce CRM pipeline, supporting product and technical solutions (low-GWP refrigerants), and executing territory business plans. Participate in forecasting and cross-business opportunity closure. Role requires heavy travel and collaboration with internal teams.
