Support development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IntApp-based workflows and related systems. Execute QA/regression tests, document results, troubleshoot configuration issues, maintain operational docs, enable other departments to use BIC platform components, and participate in upgrades and process improvements.

Lead market-aligned event, sponsorship, and client hospitality programs across assigned regions. Partner with MCD and market leaders to plan, execute, track performance, manage vendors and budgets, supervise in-market teams, and convert event engagement into business pipeline.

Provide first-level support and product management for online services: track change requests and budgets, onboard and support users, coordinate with internal and third-party developers, capture user feedback to inform product decisions, create project documentation and training materials, and help implement customer success initiatives.
