Partners with business-unit marketers and digital teams to build scalable campaign frameworks and improve engagement. Supervises, mentors, and develops direct reports while supporting hiring, performance management, staffing, and policy compliance.

Leads client listening, win/loss analysis, market insight, strategic account programs, and client development initiatives. Translates research into actionable growth strategies, establishes governance and repeatable processes, monitors program outcomes, and manages team members. Requires strong data analysis, dashboard development, CRM and survey-platform expertise, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership within a marketing or business development environment.

Leads specialized conflicts clearance and onboarding for lateral partners, summer associates, and other candidates. Responsibilities include researching legal, ethical, corporate, sanctions, and business risks; evaluating conflicts and due diligence findings; preparing approval materials; coordinating cross-functional onboarding; maintaining conflicts databases; analyzing trends; drafting policies and documentation; and escalating issues to firm leadership and legal counsel.
