Install, program, commission, test, certify, repair, and train customers on security, fire alarm, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot, read schematics, develop programs and graphics, support project start-up and close-out, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with project managers to manage risks and customer satisfaction.

Supports multiple installation projects from setup through closeout by coordinating project managers and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation and records, tracking tasks, materials, budgets, invoices, and open issues, preparing purchase orders and reports, communicating project status, and assisting with client updates and service handoffs.
