Supports application engineering, programming, troubleshooting, startup, and checkout for installed fire, security, and building automation systems. Provides technical customer support, resolves system issues, and helps ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality standards. Requires basic programming, networking, mechanical and electrical aptitude, computer proficiency, and frequent jobsite visits. A college degree, trade school education, or equivalent experience is required; low-voltage project experience is preferred.

Build and refine practical generative AI tools for global Account Executives, develop an AI-powered selling curriculum, and deliver demonstrations, training, and supporting materials. The role gathers user feedback, tests emerging AI capabilities, troubleshoots independently, and collaborates with sales operations. It is a hands-on individual contributor position without people management responsibilities.

Participate in a six-month sales development program, then prospect and cultivate customer relationships, identify opportunities, assess client needs, prepare proposals, and support system installation and service sales. The role involves networking, presentations, industry events, collaboration with partners and operations teams, and translating customer requirements into implementation plans. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, adaptability, technical learning ability, and customer-focused sales potential.
