Teams at Constructor

Support recruiting for global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities include sourcing, outreach, candidate screening, interview scheduling, pipeline management in Ashby, candidate communication, offer closing, and improving hiring processes. The role uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude, Juicebox, and hiring data to increase recruiting efficiency. It is designed for someone with 0–2 years of recruiting, sales, or other candidate- or client-facing experience who wants to grow into full-cycle recruiting.

Own the architecture, performance, reliability, and technical direction of high-traffic backend services and public APIs supporting search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations. Lead distributed-systems design, mentor engineers, drive cross-team projects, participate in on-call and incident response, and balance scalability, latency, cost, and API compatibility.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Constructor’s search quality and Product Discovery Engine. Drive measurable improvements in relevance, conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across retail verticals. Partner with ML, data science, and engineering teams to productionize state-of-the-art retrieval, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and LLM capabilities. Establish evaluation frameworks, investigate quality issues, align multiple teams, and expand into chapter-wide product leadership.
