Supervises an IT team providing user support for hardware, software, networking, computers, servers, workstations, printers, and the Shopfax CMMS. Maintains user accounts, groups, systems, configurations, and IT inventory; manages vendor invoices; produces CMMS reports; trains personnel; and ensures IT support across project sites. The role requires five years of project or program IT support experience, Microsoft systems expertise, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Provides day-to-day HR support, including employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR transactions, reporting, and policy interpretation. Maintains accurate HR records, supports service-center workflows, unemployment claims, labor relations, and workforce data analysis. Partners with stakeholders and HR teams on initiatives, training, process improvement, and compliance while safeguarding confidential information and managing competing priorities.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for federal government contract positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding transitions. Builds talent pipelines, supports high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, and partners with hiring managers, Security, HR, and Operations. Maintains ATS compliance, analyzes recruiting metrics, supports OFCCP requirements, represents the company at hiring events, and recommends process improvements using recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools.
