Own customer relationships for the Goby ESG platform, leading onboarding, platform education, value creation, and ongoing customer management. Partner with executives, frontline users, and internal technical teams to deliver contracted ESG services, solve problems, improve platform adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term customer value. The role requires cross-functional communication, project coordination, process discipline, data-informed decision-making, and experience with business software and SaaS environments.

Own multiple bulk internet implementations from contract execution through PMS integration, resident communications, go-live, and Account Management handoff. Manage timelines, scope, administrative execution, ISP partners, client communications, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. Maintain launch KPIs, protect project boundaries, ensure clean financial records, and deliver reliable implementations for property owners.

Owns the end-to-end customer experience for the WasteX program, including onboarding, relationship management, value creation, ROI delivery, problem resolution, and retention. Partners with senior executives, frontline teams, and internal leaders to implement programs, improve products, and drive continuous growth. Requires strong business acumen, communication, analytical thinking, process discipline, and experience with technology platforms and SaaS models.
