Develop and maintain Primavera P6 construction schedules for complex rail and transit capital projects. Responsibilities include resource- and cost-loaded scheduling, baseline management, progress and variance analysis, critical path and time impact analyses, contractor schedule reviews, delay mitigation, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and executive schedule reporting. The role supports project leadership throughout the design and construction lifecycle and requires collaboration with contractors, consultants, engineers, and public-sector transportation stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and analyze logic-driven CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for heavy civil and transit projects. Build and cost/resource-load schedules, perform baselines, updates, variance and Time Impact Analyses, review contractor schedules, track critical paths, prepare narratives and dashboards, and support claims avoidance and change management.

Design and lead delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS solutions: gather client requirements, create strategy and design documents, manage development and integrations, perform QA and UAT, demo solutions, and support sales and program governance.
