Support PG&E electric transmission and distribution substation projects by developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules, cash flow and forecast plans, and monthly budgets. Prepare cost and performance reports, analyze variances, maintain project documentation (EDMS), and communicate schedule, cost, and risk status to stakeholders. Use Primavera P6 and SAP systems to monitor progress and forecast accuracy, support change control, and assist Project Managers with financial and closeout tasks.

Provide frontline IT help desk support for LAX staff: troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, manage tickets in Freshdesk/ServiceNow, perform onboarding/offboarding, deploy hardware, support relocations and events, and deliver end-user training.

Provide administrative and clerical support to LAWA ADG Cost Accounting Team including timekeeping support and training, budgetary memo preparation, charge code and contract budget maintenance, monthly expenditure tracking, report development, file management, data verification, phone/mail handling, and stakeholder coordination.
